Terms of Service

SendPermit (“SendPermit,” “we”) operates sendpermit.com and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SendPermit provides tools to manage unsolicited inbound email on Gmail, including routing, labeling, and sender verification flows. Features may be beta or change with notice where reasonable.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for account security and accurate information.

3. Gmail & third-party services

Use of Gmail is subject to Google’s terms and policies. We are not endorsed by Google. Disconnecting or revoking access may limit functionality.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or violate law. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

5. Sender interactions

Features that contact senders must be used lawfully and consistent with anti-spam rules. You are responsible for your use of outreach and verification flows.

6. Fees

Paid features, if any, will be presented at purchase. Taxes may apply.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Governing law
